Den Europeiske Kommisjonen godkjenner salget av Kongsberg Automotive’s Interior Comfort Systems virksomhet

Zurich, 25 Februar, 2022: Den Europeiske Kommisjonen har i dag godkjent salget av Kongsberg Automotive’s Interior Comfort Systems (ICS) virksomhet til Lear Corporation.

ICS enheten tilbyr klima- og komfort systemer for bilseter til store bil- og seteprodusenter. Gjennomføringen av transaksjonen planlegges til den 28 Februar, 2022.
