In accordance with the Norwegian implementation of the Shareholder Rights Directive II (SRD II), Kongsberg Automotive ASA provides an overview of its shareholders, including nominee‑registered holdings. The overview is available for download via this link and reflects ownership as of 12 March 2026. The shareholder register was prepared by Modular Finance, with the analysis conducted on 8 April 2026, and is updated annually.

Pursuant to Norwegian regulations, any person may request an updated overview of owners of nominee‑registered shares. Such requests are handled via external service providers and will be subject to external costs, which must be covered by the requesting party in advance.
