Purchase of treasury shares in Kongsberg Automotive ASA

Kongsberg Automotive Group today bought 440.000 shares in Kongsberg Automotive ASA at a price of NOK 6,1873 per share. The shares were purchased for the Company's share options programs. Subsequent to the transaction KA holds 4.270.942 own shares.
