Kongsberg Automotive is pleased to announce the appointment of Lovisa Söderholm as EVP Purchasing.

Lovisa comes from the position of Business Excellence Director and Chief Purchasing Officer for Direct Materials in SKF. Prior to that, Lovisa worked for Ford and Volvo Cars for over 10 years, where she held numerous leadership roles including responsibility for running global raw materials operations within purchasing at several OEMs. She has spent 20 years in operations, with experience in purchasing, strategic materials management, change management, project management and logistics. Lovisa, who will be based in Gothenburg, will be part of Kongsberg Automotive’s Executive Committee.

Anders moves from Purchasing to run KA’s Interior business where brings his solid OEM experience from Ford and Volvo, and will continue to focus on delivering profitable growth and launching our new innovations and next generation products.  

Scott Paquette moves from KA’s Interior business to head DCS. DCS has made solid progress within R&D in the Automated Manual Transmissions area. With his strong automotive experience, Scott will secure a successful launch of our latest product family and will drive continuous improvements in operations and quality.

As business development and new growth opportunities are becoming increasingly important for KA, Philippe Toth, SVP Business Development & IR has been appointed to KA’s Executive Committee.
