Kongsberg Automotive ASA registered at Norway's Register of Business Enterprises

At the company's annual general meeting in May this year shareholders approved changing the company name from Kongsberg Automotive Holding ASA to Kongsberg Automotive ASA. The name change has now been registered at Norway’s Register of Business Enterprises at Brønnøysund, and henceforth the company’s name will be Kongsberg Automotive ASA.
