CDP CLIMATE RATING

In 2024, Kongsberg Automotive (KA) participated in the international organization CDP’s climate rating project, for the eighth time. Every year, CDP analyzes several thousand companies worldwide regarding their strategic approach to the challenges of climate change and rates their climate management activities based on a comprehensive list of criteria.

KA was awarded with a C (“Awareness”) in the Climate Change 2024 rating, confirming that the company has knowledge on its environmental impacts. CDP awards company ratings from A (“Leadership”) to D (“Disclosure”).

By taking part in the CDP rating, KA aims to further develop its CO2 reporting and climate management based on recognized standards. At the same time, the company is responding to calls from customers and investors for greater transparency and comparability in its reporting on CO2 emissions and is also demonstrating its progress in climate management.

CDP Water Security
In 2024 Kongsberg Automotive has participated for the first time in CDP’s water security rating. Similar to the climate rating analysis CDP the strategic approach of thousands of companies regarding water risks, opportunities and impacts.

KA was awarded with a C level (“Awareness”) in the Water Security 2024 rating.
