Global management development programs
At Kongsberg Automotive we aim to provide our customers with competitive technical solutions. To continue to succeed ahead we need to develop our people and offer opportunties for growth, both in technical training and leadership development. Technical training is normally provided in the different business areas, while Corporate HR offers three global management development programs.
KAspire is a fifteen month leadership development program designed to prepare and develop engaged and ambitious professionals to take larger responsibility within Kongsberg Automotive
The program aims to develop participants awareness as individuals and as potential leaders and result in increased self-insight, self-confidence and self-esteem.
During the last six months of the program, participants will work with a real business case that is to be presented to Kongsberg Automotive's executive committee.
Interdal is a management development program designed to prepare managers for a new role at Kongsberg Automotive. The five program modules run over a twelve month period.
The program aims to build a broad company and industry understanding, executive management perspective, and improve participants' professional skills.
Participants establish new relations in Kongsberg Automotive, build an international network and gain self-insight and self-development.
