Our two-year trainee program is designed to develop young graduates, professionally and personally, in the global environment of the automotive industry.
Graduates will be offered a challenging job, cross functional training and a personal development plan. Many of our former trainees currently fill key positions in KA and we continuously look for talents to join our team. With the KA trainee program, we would like to help you develop and prepare yorself to take a larger role and more responsibility in our company.
The trainee program provides you with valuable knowledge, experience and network that increase your technical and professional skills, as well as your business understanding. After completing the program, our trainees have an excellent platform for global career opportunities in KA The trainee programs start up annualy in August / September in a number of KA locations.
